Edgewater Federal Solutions, a rapidly growing company providing mission-critical support across Government agencies, is currently seeking a
Senior Pricing Analyst to lead proposal pricing efforts in support of new business growth, contract recompetes, and sole-source procurements.
The Senior Pricing Analyst will be a trusted business partner that will report through the Finance organization and support company-wide price to win (PTW), pricing strategy development, and price proposal responses.
- Review Government and Prime Contractor RFPs for cost/price volume requirements and to help drive pricing strategies.
- Work with Capture, Client Services, and Finance organizations to cost/price Basis of Estimate (BOE) that is compliant with solicitation requirements.
- Concurrently, work with Capture, Client Services, and Finance to develop various execution models that maximize financials and ensure Edgewater’s ability to satisfactorily deliver the proposed work.
- Build compliant proposal submission documents.
- Works with Capture, Client Services, and Finance to establish PTW and pricing strategy in advance of RFP release.
- Ability to build rapport with various support organizations (Business Development/Capture, Proposals, Client Services/Operations, Finance/Accounting, HR/Recruiting, Executive Leadership).
- 5+ years of experience in supporting pricing efforts.
- Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Understanding and experience with SCA pricing.
- Comfortable with cost-type, time and material (T&M), firm fixed price (FFP), and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) pricing.
- Experience with GSA schedules and other IDIQ/BPA/GWAC vehicles.
- Good communications skills and an ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
