The Senior Planning Analyst position entails overseeing a collection of technology contracts for the IT leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the implementation of company-wide policies, risk engagement controls, and compliance reviews of invoices and goods receipts. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining financial approvals from leadership for O&M contract services. You will also administer strategic contract reviews with leaders, architects, and IT Operations to validate the O&M costs of contracts. Identifying opportunities to rationalize right-size contracts, discontinue non-critical services, and negotiate.

- Preparing reports
- Originating contracts in procurement system
- Analyzing multi-year contracts
- Maintaining budgets
- Monitoring purchase orders
- Reviewing invoices
- Analyze actual spending and forecasting
- Provide financial analysis
- Lead meetings
- Capture and present data
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions
- Follow up on issues
- And work closely with leaders to meet the organization's goals
You’ll be prepared for this job if you have…
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with structuring contract agreements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts
- Basic financial modeling or data management
- Expert excel skills
