We are seeking a full time Senior Project Architect/Project Manager with 15+ years Corporate Interiors experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in architecture from accredited university
• Revit proficiency
• 15+ years experience in Corporate Interiors
• Licensure a plus
• Ability to commute to our office each day

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with Clients to establish program and budget requirement, manage Client relationship throughout the project
• Prepare design concepts, including due diligence such as surveying, zoning analyses, and code compliance reviews
• Guide team through all technical and architectural aspects from concept through CA, including zoning reviews, planning board submissions, complete SD, DD, CD Documentation and CA.
• Independently manage design and technical deliverables for multiple projects
• Oversee preparation of design presentations
• Complete coordination reviews for constructability with MEP, structural, and civil engineering drawings on various projects
• Coordinate the production of Construction Documents
• Manage the budget, schedule and fees
• Oversee, direct and mentor jr staff on your projects
• Manage consultants
