In this role, you will:
The operations processor must be able to multi-task and respond quickly to requests, from a variety of sources. Verbal, written, and organizational skills are critical for success. Shared responsibility in completion of customer implementation and service requests within designated service level agreement. May research, compile, analyze, and report departmental data statistics. Support audit controls, processes, and deliverables for the site. May assist with special projects to support business initiatives and customer experience. Complete billing and various site administrative tasks.
Must take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems. Duties may include: receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; entering transactions into PC, verifying accuracy; resolving complex customer issues using multiple resources and records; preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures. Exercises some judgment within guidelines. Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function. Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed. Flexible and adaptable to changing needs of department.

In this role, you will:
- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Work effectively in a team environment; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Navigate multiple system applications and utilize search tools to find information
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Interact with other functional areas, vendors and internal customers
- 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of lockbox, operations, or production experience
- 1+ year of client services experience
- 1+ years of audit experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to research and resolve complex customer issues
- Quality review skills including performing Quality Audits and analysis
- Ability to research, trend, and analyze data
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide summary and recommendations on operational data
- Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and follow specific guidelines
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST or until the work is complete.
- Ability to work bank holidays and overtime as business demands require.
- Position is located on-site in Shoreview, MN
