Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood PLC is seeking a qualified, experienced Office Administrator for the Fort Myers, FL office.

Job Objective:
Provides complex administrative support to a department, project or group of professionals. Work
autonomously to provide support and may support to less experienced administrators.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Performs full clerical, administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, record and
    file maintenance, data entry and telephone reception.
  • Requires an understanding of the content of the manager’s job and method of operation as well as
    knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.
  • Organizes and maintains files of manager’s correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending
    matters
  • Acts as receptionist for the manager, screening correspondence and telephone calls
    Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings
  • Prints, organizes and prepares information for meetings
  • Arranging travel/accommodation/car hire
  • Prepares routine letters and memoranda for manager’s review
  • Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action
  • Support in collecting information and data for reporting
  • Populates templates and creates documents
  • General office housekeeping activities as required
Skills / Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years experience in an administrative role

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize
