Job Description and Requirements

The Corporate Strategy team drives the definition of the company's strategy and major high-impact strategic and business performance improvement initiatives. The Strategy team is part of the Chief Strategy Officer's organization, which also includes Corporate Development and Market Intelligence & Analysis.

As part of the Strategy team, you will:
  • Define the company's overall medium/long-term ambitions and strategy through the annual corporate strategic planning process, including the analysis of the technology industry landscape and trends, competitive dynamics; assessment of the company's business portfolio; identification of business performance improvement opportunities; and exploration of potential investments in new technologies/businesses
  • Partner with the BUs for the development of their respective business strategies, identifying priority initiatives and investments across product/engineering, go-to-market, and operations
  • Lead C-Suite-level projects to address specific strategic issues/opportunities across businesses and functions as they emerge ("always on strategy"), owning the end-to-end work process: frame the question/issue, structure an approach to address it, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses and articulate actionable recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the operationalization of critical cross-unit strategic initiatives from set-up to impact, establishing strategic KPIs and a program management structure
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Development team in the definition of proactive, strategy-driven M&A plans and strategic partnerships
  • Support the CEO, President, and CFO on strategy-related communications

Key qualifications:
  • Multiple years of experience in management consulting, and/or strategy, business operations, or similar roles in the technology sector
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor and/or Enterprise Software industries is valued, but not a pre-requisite
  • MBA valued, but not a pre-requisite
  • Intellectual curiosity and creativity combined with hands-on action/results orientation
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving and communication skills to generate insights and articulate an independent point of view backed by data/facts
  • Commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders. Ability to develop trust-based relationships and drive alignment of different stakeholder groups
  • Growth mindset, eager to be stretched and learn
  • Motivated to be part of a small, highly dynamic team working on C-Suite level topics in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and the transformative potential of AI

The Strategy team is based in our headquarters located in Sunnyvale (Bay Area, California). Due to the highly creative and collaborative nature of this role, a regular average of 4 days per week of in-person presence is expected.
