Antioch’s self-operated dining services includes both board and catering operations as well as extensive coordination with the Antioch Microfarm. Senior Kitchen Manager ensures high quality customer service and dining experience that is sensitive to the dietary needs and accommodations of all constituents while emphasizing and facilitating nutritious, balanced, consistent offerings. The Manager develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external partners; maintains a strong focus on sustainability, emphasizing waste management and local food sourcing; and actively demonstrates an in-depth understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in working relationships with students, staff, faculty, and community members. This role also has responsibility for menu planning; budget oversight including forecasting, benchmarking, and reporting; purchasing, including management of vendor relationships for both food and equipment needs; sanitation and safety regulation compliance; and staff recruitment, training, supervision, and retention.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
