We’re looking for a Sr. HubSpot Marketing Specialist who is passionate about transformation and assisting with organizational success.

What does this role do at AHIMA?

As a Sr. HubSpot Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role at the heart of all AHIMA marketing efforts. The person in this role will own the HubSpot instance, ensuring it is configured optimally based on developed business requirements and aligned with the Mar-tech stack while working cross-functionally to support and maintain the platform as business needs evolve and campaigns are brought to life.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaboratively implementing the CRM and Mar-Tech strategy with sales, marketing and operational leaders, driving stakeholder adoption, developing new capabilities, creating reports, improving existing processes, deploying new processes, and supporting users to accelerate growth and scale.

Who is our ideal candidate?

You have a minimum of five years of experience in a marketing department supporting marketing goals, and experience in CRM workflow management & automation, data segmentation, contact management, reporting and integrations with other key software applications with expertise in email campaign management.

In addition, you have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certified HubSpot Expert
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle across relational databases, operational data sources, business intelligence reporting, and big data analytics.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture concepts
