What you will be doing:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- Refer to key responsibilities section below
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills in order to interact with internal groups as well as external groups
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand the contract and budget process at a high level
- Work in a matrix, cross-functional team
- Identify, communicate about and propose solutions for any site issues that may arise
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead CTC team meetings
- Train new CTC team members on process
- Train new crossfuctional members on signature processes
- Act as escalation point for signature issues
- Liases with Quality team on electronic signature processes
- Route site level agreements for signature, either via paper, if wet ink required, or through Docusign
- QC of site level agreements to ensure all signatures are completed, execution date is present and protocol number is consistent throughout
- Distribution of the site level agreements to appropriate stakeholders
- Filing in an electronic repository and entering medidata based on information from the CTA and Budget
- Analyze and create reports for Site Contracting Management team
- Monitor shared email box daily and triage emails appropriately
- May negotiate agreements as appropriate with oversight
- Liaison for site payment team for questions related to contracts or budgets
- Other duties as applicable
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience in the opinion of the Hiring Manager)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience
