Job description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking attorneys to join its Aviation & Aerospace practice in its Chicago office. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in civil defense litigation in both state and federal courts. Experience in aviation law, product liability, and/or premises liability is preferred. Excellent research, writing, oral communication, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills are a must. Actual trial experience would be an added benefit but not necessary. Applicants must be organized, self-motivated, and able to handle files with little supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight-knit group that will offer a high level of responsibility in an exciting and growing practice area. Illinois bar admission is required.

Please submit your resume and unofficial law school transcript to apply.

Only candidates contacted for an interview will receive a response. As an EOE/AA employer, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant's age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, and veteran or disability status.

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, and we continue to take steps to mitigate the risk of contracting and spreading COVID-19 while in the office. As a result, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP requires all employees whose work requires them to be in the office to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
