Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country# 152765 - District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
1/ Deliver Target KPI’s
Achieving category-level sales value & Volume. This includes Net Sales, G2N, scan shares, Speed to Market & Accounts receivables.
2/ Develop 3 Year Customer strategic Plan
Develops a 3 Year strat plan by Customer taking into consideration CP priorities for the RE & works with the Customer in executing this.
3/ Implement 5P strategic Plan
Develops an annual customer/ category 5P strategic plan which is aligned to both C-P’s and Customer’s strategies and encompasses a category and shopper perspective
4/ Joint Business Planning (JBP)
Develop an annual joint business plan with the customer to facilitate the delivery of the targets and the 5P strategic plan delivery in-store.
5/ CDT Engagement
Lead the monthly CD Team engagement with the Customers’ functional members to identify opportunities to support the business growth & resolve issues towards meeting the agreed KPI’s in the JBP.
6/ Develop a Shopper-focused approach
Develop and implement programs in-store to build our shopper engagement.
7/ Relationship building / Team work
Engaging effectively with the internal functions (as listed above) & building strong relationships with the external parties Cooperate with field sales to achieve sales & share target by each key accounts.
