Job Description

• Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating needs and requirements into proper system requirement specifications.
• Identify and document business strategies, objectives, and drivers.
• Analyzing and documenting business processes, systems integration, and metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assess and project the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
• Write test plans and test cases to ensure changes made to the application meet client needs and application integrity is maintained.
• Conduct testing including, system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
• Work with the project team to break down features into deliverable stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Own the backlog for the Agile teams, including collaboration with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Architects, to ensure the proper sequencing of backlog items based on program priorities, events, technological implications, outcomes of Program Increments (PI), and Sprints and interdependencies with other teams.
• Responsible for User Story prioritization, refinements, elaborations, story acceptance criteria, and ensuring stories are unambiguous as determined by the Agile Teams.
• Working with the team to provide clarity to aid with system and integration design and effort estimates.

• Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile Soft Software Development and Product Ownership
• Must have 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Data Mapping for Large Software Integration Projects
• Ability to work with team members in different time zones
• Working within a SaaS environment (Cloud Hosted Applications)
• Applicable knowledge of querying Rational Databases (SQL, T-SQL, PL SQL)
• Knowledge of Nice Actimize (RCM/ActOne, SAM, WLF, CDDx)
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – a Master’s degree is desirable.

• Transaction Monitoring and Anti Money Laundering (AML) experience
• Customer Risk Rating and KYC
• Sanctions, PEP SOE, Negative News Screening
• General Banking, Payments, and Finance Knowledge
