SENIOR BRAND MANAGER

Media Bridge Advertising is an agency in Minneapolis, MN, that combines media buying and creative services to help clients of all sizes grow and win. We are seeking a full-time Senior Brand Manager to advocate on behalf of the clients and add value to the client-agency relationship with analysis, insights, and strategies to improve client results, while also working to grow revenue from existing accounts for the agency. The Senior Brand Manager works with various agency departments to ensure all client work moves through the agency in a timely and efficient manner with high attention to detail and quality.

The Senior Brand Manager is a vital member of the team, as we seek to acquire new clients and expand into additional healthcare fields, markets, and services.

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining our high agency standards consistently throughout all of their work to ensure all clients believe their marketing could not be in better hands.

The Senior Brand Manager should be seen as a leader and role model on the team regarding promoting professionalism, teamwork, and profitability.

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for monitoring the progress and quality of client projects. The Senior Brand Manager may be responsible for coaching marketing coordinators and will work in concert with outside vendors and related resources as appropriate.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A SENIOR BRAND MANAGER

  • Acts first and foremost as brand manager and advocate for the clients, and actively participates in strategic development, and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of all marketing efforts to identify opportunities to enhance value for the client.
  • Completes preparation for most effective client meetings; gathers supporting background information and prepares detailed analysis, reports, and recommendations. Communicates effectively with clients and across all internal departments.
  • Identifies and resolves client conflicts quickly and efficiently.
  • Facilitates annual client strategy/planning meetings:
  • Leads the team in the evaluation and analysis of clients' past performance.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop integrated proposals to best maximize the clients' revenue dollars.
  • Delivers well-prepared presentations of proposals to clients, improving overall client growth rates every year.
  • Overall Quality Assurance (QA) on everything sent to the client to ensure accuracy and clarity, including, but not limited to, any budget management, post-campaign reporting, project estimates, and client creative work.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management as appropriate.
  • Assists in the successful planning of, and may attend, relevant healthcare conferences around the country to actively seek new healthcare business and to ensure timely follow-up to prospects post-conference.
  • Using the agency's contact management software maintains accurate and updated record keeping of any client or prospect communication and progress.
  • Actively keeps apprised of all relevant agency industry and market trends and becomes a student of agency best practices in the area of brand management.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 5-7 years of brand management, brand strategy, and advertising experience.
  • Digital/interactive account experience and broadcast account experience are preferred.
  • A positive, independently motivated, and team-focused attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • A persuasive and engaging oral and written communicator.
  • Exceptional skills in strategy/planning, and prioritization of multiple projects and tasks with meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative, fast-paced agency.
  • Ability to recognize and anticipate problems and gather and analyze the information necessary to resolve those problems efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
  • Reflective and analytical; appreciative of feedback and dedicated to improvement and self-development.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare, primarily the Med Tech industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with project management tools (we use ASANA), and CRMs like SalesForce are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree. Major in marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
