KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Technology Solutions to join our Talent and Culture team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in multiple projects, working closely with IT and business management to support applications used by Talent and Culture, ensuring high standards and quality of technical solutions
• Analyze new and existing technologies and perform functionality gap analysis
• Identify opportunities for quality, automation, centralization, process improvements and technology enhancements
• Perform and complete activities related to application testing including test script creation
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Manage change effectively in a culturally diverse work group

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience with HR technology
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience in a related field
• Solid understanding of relationship databases (such as PeopleSoft) with a focus on Security protocols
• Ability to upskill quickly on new technologies
• Understanding of software implementation methodologies and activities related to project planning, requirements gathering, design sessions and full deployment life cycle
• Capable of managing multiple clients and priorities
