Residential Habilitation Experts (RHE) is a management consulting firm that provides consulting and backend support services to disability care providers. We are looking for someone who will play an important part in ensuring the accounting needs of our clients are met in a timely and accurate manner. This individual will need a knowledge of accounting principles, and should be an organized professional with an eye for detail and a positive client-serving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements using QuickBooks Online
• Process client payroll
• Submit client billing to Utah Medicaid
• Account for Social Security and government disability benefits
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency as we scale
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Create and send invoices to clients

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance, or previous employment experience in accounting
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to stay organized
• Self-starter, able to identify issues and resolve problems
• QuickBooks Online experience not required, but helpful

Pay: $60,000-$75,000 per year, DOE
