AA Economy Self Storage is a 350 unit Storage Facility with an onsite office.
We are looking for an experienced Storage Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize while managing our inventory and storage devices. A successful applicant will be experienced in the storage industry, have skills in inventory management and have experience with computer software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain established customer retention rates.
- Gather, process, and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain customer account records.
- Provide training on new products and services.
- Train entry level staff on company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that customer feedback is received, documented, and addressed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
