Join our Team! Raymond Avenue Wine and Self-storage property in Pasadena is looking for a full-time (30 + hours) facility attendant to handle daily operations in a moderately-paced storage environment, Wednesdays thru Sundays. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service in person and on the phone, exceptional organization and administrative skills, and be a team player!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open and closes the facility.
• Shows property to potential customers.
• Provide documents, forms, or contracts for customers of the selected unit(s).
• Assist customers with move-in/move-out.
• Answers incoming calls.
• Daily maintenance of our facility – mopping, cleaning out units, changing light bulbs, touch up paint, bathrooms, outside area weeding & clean up.
• Mails marketing literature to surrounding businesses and potential customers.
• Other duties as assigned, including dry wall repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Complete appropriate paperwork/forms/contracts for customers of selected unit(s).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have a valid driver's license with no violations and reliable, insured transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
