CACI is seeking a Security Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA.
About the Role:
The Security Specialist serves as the Security & Engineering SME for the team and is the primary POC for HSDN security engineering design and modernization projects. This candidate coordinates across multiple vendors and customers to ensure HSDN services are deployed, ensuring compliance with security regulation and SCIF accreditation protocols.
This individual works closely with the team, and liaisons with the security staff of the applicant organization, and other stakeholders to ensure security policies, procedures, and measures have been implemented and meet regulatory requirements.
Serves as the Security and Engineering SME
Designs and architectures future state HSDN network solutions
Serves as the Alternate DHS PKI Trusted Agent
Assists with the development and review of security artifacts and MOAs
Reviews annual security risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with directives
Ensure new facility build-outs are effectively coordinated across vendors and deployed to MOA requirements
Coordinates with the team and other stakeholders to ensure facility security requirements are integrated into project planning documentation
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to facility security
Participates in emergency planning and response efforts, contributing to the development and implementation of effective preparedness and contingency plans
Required Qualifications:
Must have existing DOD Secret Clearance
Ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience
5+ years managing engineering projects, facility site buildouts and network circuit transitions
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
