Security Solutions Program Manager Intelligence & Investigations Corning Global Security Scope. Corning is looking for a project manager or solutions architect to implement and manage a robust ecosystem of data intelligence and analysis platforms and tools in support of Corning Global Security’s Intelligence and Investigations (I&I) division. In this role, you will partner with operational end-users and data owners across the company to map Corning’s current state of system dependencies, document operational requirements, and develop and carry out a strategy to streamline and integrate technical systems to support detection, analytic, and investigative procedures.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage programs and procedures required to maintain current state of operational readiness and compliance; oversee user experience for systems, analytical and investigative tools
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify use cases, critical-to-quality requirements, functional specifications, and anticipated needs
• Manage the I&I’s technology planning process to include data needs, systems road-mapping, budgeting, project management, implementation, and change control processes

Required Skills:

• Project management and leadership skills, including experience with value proposal, measured goals, schedule, budgets, scope, communication, risk management
• Solutions architecture and systems administration experience with UX design and data integration solutions
• Experience with security applications including DLP, case management, endpoint monitoring tools, etc.

Desired Skills:

• Experience integrating information management systems with enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with intelligence gathering applications, analysis tools, and security platforms
• Experience with data management, programming, scripting, or machine learning languages such as Python

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as IT, computer science, network technologies or relevant military experience
• 5+ years’ experience in technical project management or solutions architecture preferred
