Job description

Steel Security, located in NW Oklahoma City, is seeking a Full-Time Armed Security Officer with a consistent schedule, Sunday - Thursday. The Officer will have patrol duties by vehicle and foot. Vehicle is provided. Will be responsible for being in a guard-house vetting guests, contractors, police, fire and EMSA and protecting multi-million dollars worth of equipment and software. Must be able to pass a background check due to the sensitive nature of the software, equipment and clients. Sunday - Thursday. 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required):

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must have a current Armed Oklahoma CLEET License.
• Ability to walk long distances if needed.
• Have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• May include lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Has the ability to use a computer and have CCTV camera and access control

*Other shift opportunities and different work locations may be available if desired.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
