The Club: Creighton Farms, a majestic 900-acre sanctuary situated between the quaint, historic towns of Middleburg and Leesburg in picturesque Northern Virginia horse country, with the idyllic Blue Ridge and Bull Run Mountains as its backdrop, is a private club committed to delivering the highest service levels to our members.

The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly experienced security professional to join our team as a Security Fate Attendant! The schedule for this position is Friday 2pm-10pm and Saturday and Sunday 10pm-8am. If you are a serviced focused individual, we want to talk with you.

Qualification Standards:

· Minimum of 25 years' experience in security/law enforcement

· Military/law enforcement background a plus

·De-escalation skills required

· Ability to provide excellent customer service to property owners, members and guests.

· Ability to work independently in a variety of environments and weather conditions.

· Ability to deal firmly, tactfully, and courteously with people.

· Ability to demonstrate patience with people who are under stress.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruption.

· Tech savvy including the use of telephone, camera, and security access systems as well as e-mail, database, and other computer applications.

· Must demonstrate good judgement.

· Must be of good character, trustworthy, reliable, and dependable.

· Must present a professional business image through appropriate business attire and grooming.

· Ability to provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure.

· Does high-quality work while unsupervised.

· Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.

· Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

· High school graduate, prior police, military, or security experience preferred.

· Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.

· Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

· Ability to sit, walk and stand.

· Visual and auditory acuity.

· Will be exposed to full range of weather conditions from extreme hot to extreme cold.

Duties & Functions:

Duties and Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

· Conducts gatehouse operations to provide a safe flow of traffic into the community.

· Performs routine property patrols in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and training procedures.

· Is familiar with all other property operations and maintains a working knowledge of security equipment and property personnel.

· Strives to stay familiar with all residents, members, and frequent guests to enhance on sight recognition.

· Addresses all security violations as they occur and reports these incidents to management for further action if needed.

· Monitors property for possible security and /or safety concerns and offers suggestions for resolution of same.

· Consistently projects a professional image to all contacts through proper dress, appearance, and presentation.
