The primary mission of the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.

This position will provide support to the Security Administration Team in the Classified Material Services office.

• Responsible for classified material registration, accountability and destruction.
• Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interface with external government representatives and internal customers.
• Individual must be detail oriented able to handle multiple tasks and adjust to a changing environment.
• Support Aeronautics Compliance program through self-inspections for inspection readiness.
• Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is located in a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 year of Administrative and/or Clerical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with the 32 CFR 117 NISPOM Rule
• Working knowledge of SIMS and NISS
• Be self-driven & results-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
