Job Description

The Security Operations Team is seeking a resource to help support their firewall environment. They are in the process of transitioning from Juniper firewalls to Palo Alto. This resource will participate in their daily stand up to talk about issues and escalations that have come in. The rest of the role is fairly self-guided - take ticket and go to work, figure out requirements from customers - go into firewall - make necessary changes, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This role will be very customer focused, so someone with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills is a requirement. They will commonly be interacting with other technical folks - they are the ones that will be submitting the firewall requests. So having the ability to engage in both technical and non-technical discussions is necessary.
