Ideal candidate for this role:

  • The ideal candidate for this role is someone with gracious customer service skills with the ability to multitask. A person with great people skills who can troubleshoot seamlessly. This person will be responsible for maintaining the pool’s appearance and ensuring all pool rules and regulations are followed.

Position Description:

The Pool Concierge will be responsible for tracking amenity reservation/cancellations utilizing the building’s reservation system. The employee will manage and monitor resident and guest attendance and flow throughout the day and address capacity limits. The employee will set up, take down, clean, and disinfect shared pool equipment (i.e., lounge chairs and umbrellas), as well as, clean and disinfect light common touchpoints. This position is also responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to all residents and guests of the building. This position primarily takes place outdoors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Driver’s license
  • Basic computer literacy skills and talent for technology (i.e., handheld radios, telephones, computers, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and good time-management.
  • Confident, polite, friendly, and self-assured attitude.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the assigned shift, lift, push and pull at least 30 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors.
  • Adhere to APC location site Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-5 years of hospitality/customer service experience.
  • 1 year of high-end residential or hotel experience as Bellman, Porter, Doorman, Greeter, Server, Hostess.
  • Knowledge of Carson and/or BuildingLink software.
