Description:

We are looking for you to join our team as a Scrum Master / Principal Scrum Master to support the Threat Products and Services (TPS) product line of the DE Task Order on the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC) program. The job location is at Schriever SFB, CO.

This role requires candidates to be onsite daily with no option for remote/hybrid work.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the efforts and collaboration of dedicated teams
• Facilitate team events such as iteration planning, iteration reviews, retrospectives and daily standups, and support activities such as backlog refinement
• Work with Product Owners to maintain a backlog of work and identify iteration priorities, scope, and goals
• Identify, eliminate, and escalate issues that are inhibiting team performance
• Drive team improvements while measuring team outputs and performance
• Communicate with Agile Release Train (ART) Leadership and outside stakeholders, as well as communicate information down to the teams
• Organize cross-team/cross-ART collaboration efforts
• Protect teams from uncontrolled expansion of work and unachievable commitments
• Coach teams and partner with ART leadership to foster agile principles, values, practices, tools, and the SAFe framework

Minimum Requirements:

• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, 5+ years related experience; 3+ Years with Masters; 0+ Years with PhD
• Level 4: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, 9+ years related experience; 7+ Years with Masters; 4+ Years with PhD
• Knowledgeable in Agile principles, practices, and methods
• Proven experience leading Agile teams or coaching and mentoring others
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance before starting
