We are looking for a qualified and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals at The Lingual Tree, Inc. The SLP will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to charter school students with communication disorders. The SLP will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.

The Lingual Tree is a Non-Public Agency (NPA) based in Los Angeles that provides special education staffing solutions for charter schools. Founded and managed by a Speech Pathologist, The Lingual Tree, Inc. is deeply committed to providing qualitative services to students while ensuring a balanced work environment where clinicians can continue to thrive professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and new research in the field

Perks:

• Full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, 180 instructional days), Per-diem, and part times positions available

Requirements:

• Valid CA state licensure
• Previous SLP experience, preferably school-based
• Background check
• TB Test
