We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, mature part-time scheduling coordinator to join our practice! This would be the perfect position for someone looking to move into the dental field or looking for a great part-time job opportunity.

The preferred hours are Monday-Thursday from 745AM-330PM.

The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, have a high emotional IQ, have good math skills, and be able to multi-task efficiently. There will be times when you will be seeing patients for check-outs one after another and you have to be quick and efficient when scheduling their appointments and collecting co-pays.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients in person and via telephone and email. Check patients in and out Update patient charts and patient accounts. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Explain payment options, collect and record payments from patients and insurance Process new patient paperwork. Establish and maintain patient text list. Maintains work area and reception lobby in neat and orderly manner. Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in teams

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
