Our rapidly-growing company provides quality in-home elder care is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, organized individual for a high-responsibility position with late afternoon/evening and weekend hours. We will provide all the necessary training.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming real-time communications via text and phone from caregivers and clients.
- Respond quickly and creatively to one-off needs driven by short-term changes in clients’ requirements or changes in caregiver availability.
- Exercise good judgment in knowing when to escalate a situation to management’s attention.
- Source and recruit caregivers
- Handle prospective employment/caregiver inquiries/intake calls.
- Initiate the hiring process for caregivers including processing application, background screening, testing, interviewing, and reference validation.
- Handle prospective client inquiries/intake calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least two year’s prior work experience
- Able to work at least two weekends per month and after-hours
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under time pressure and conflicting priorities with good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Highest integrity, maintaining the confidentiality of client and employee information
- Reliable in keeping appointments and other time commitments
- Able to pass a Department of Justice background check
