Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist

Duration: 6+ months

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for our organization using the SAP SuccessFactors payroll system. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining payroll data integrity, researching and resolving payroll discrepancies, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees using SAP SuccessFactors payroll system
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including payroll calculations, deductions, and taxes
• Maintain payroll data integrity by regularly auditing and reconciling payroll data
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
• Stay current with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll reporting
• Participate in the testing and implementation of payroll system upgrades and enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably using SAP SuccessFactors payroll system
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP HCM modules
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
