The Position
SAP P2P Module Super Key User

P2P SuperKey user will lead the integration of the current “procure to pay” process into the new ERP system - SAP (OPERA project) for US plants of Refractories, Abrasives & Construction division of Imerys. The role reports in project mode to the BA Opera Project Manager. Estimated duration of the assignment is 15 to 18 months for the RAC US wave. The candidate could take the same position for another wave or move to another position after.

4 sites in Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee and New York with total turnover of around 400M USD.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Acquire a good understanding of current ERP system -Microsoft AX and the way P2P business
process is organised within the system.

- Acquire a good understanding of the S4/ Hana processes and underlying core model business rules & common language
- Identify the main gaps between the current P2P process and the process in the SAP core model and make sure those gaps are timely addressed.
- Collaborate with SuperKey users of other SAP modules to identify and resolve issues
- Make sure that key users to be able to operate in the new environment and have all the necessary
- Make sure the changes to the core model of SAP are made if necessary
- Make sure key P2P related master Data is successfully migrated between the systems
- Support to identify gaps in roles and responsibilities, and lead coordination with business leaders to
- Review and assess how P2P translate in the logistic area for freight and non-freight related
Working with the Wave IT Experts to:
- Prepare and execute Data cleansing and transformation
- Define conversion mapping between old system to SAP
- Fulfil manually requested templates for any of data not “automatically” migrated
- Cleanse, transform and complete Data to match OPERA format and content requirements
- Populate UDS files for data conversion
- Contribute to UAT preparation (including training).
- Execute UAT, data migration included. Raise defects.
- Perform accessibility and performance tests.
- Manage Cutover and Go-live activities.

- “Hands-on” experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the industrial environment
- Previous experience in SAP ERP system
- Additional experience in Microsoft AX is a plus

- Strong soft skills to develop an effective communication with the key-users and other Super-key
