Serves as Lead to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. Responsible for designing/configuring business processes in SAP FI. Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas. Provides functional subject matter expertise in areas such as financial management, inventory management, supply planning, provisioning, maintenance, transportation, and personnel. Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems. May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.

This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP FI to automate the management and external reporting of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable , and cash management; manage posting periods and period end closing; and enable open and integrated data flow between financial account and the other components of the SAP system.

• 
  Minimum of 10 years of SAP enterprise COTS implementation, 5 years in multiple disciplines and post production support experience, 5 years of Navy ERP specific experience.
• Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer
• stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a program or project manager leading and supervising a multidisciplinary staff of various levels.
• Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong professionalism, interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)

• 
  5+ years FI experience

• Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix.

• Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills.
