Role: SAP BASIS Lead - Sr. Manager

Location: Hybrid work schedule: 2 days per week working out of Rahway, NJ

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job summary:
Lead SAP Basis administrator who can manage a team and can handle SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, patching, hardware sizing, landscape design on various combinations of OS, Cloud & DB platforms including HANA.

Job responsibilities:
Hands on expertise working on Windows, Linux, AIX, Unix OS’s Database with HANA, Sybase, DB2, DB on Cloud.
Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of UNIX and Windows based servers running SAP FI/HR/SRM/Portal, Solution Manager, Fiori, Hana, Gateway, SAP Cloud appliances.
Experienced in SAP HANA Database installations/upgrades, BW on HANA installation and implementations.
Expertise in S/4 HANA implementation/conversion
Hands on experience in AWS cloud platform, Solution Manager 7.2, LAMA.
Maintain HANA database, perform patch and service stack upgrades.
Working expertise using SAP NetWeaver Products/Hana/BOBJ, Suite on Hana
Experienced in using various HANA database tools like HANA studio, HLM, HDMLCM
Handle system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling.
Good Knowledge on AWS / Azure.
Very good understanding Change, Transport Management process.
Should be able to lead a team guiding them on the day to day.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of SAP BASIS Experience
Hands on expertise working on Windows, Linux, AIX, Unix OS’s Database with HANA, Sybase, DB2, DB on Cloud.
