Infosys is seeking SAP ABAP Technology Architect
As a Technology Architect, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a diverse team that possesses a true passion for technology, transformation, and outcomes. Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

Location for this position is El Segundo, California. This position may require travel or relocation.
Preferred Qualifications:

At least 7 years of hands-on development experience with SAP ABAP

Strong skills in all the areas of ABAP programming - Workflow, BAPI, BADI, Data Dictionary, Reports, Dialogue (Module Pool), BDCs, RFCs, ALE/EDI/IDOC, SAP scripts, SAP Enhancements (User Exits), Lock Objects, SAP Script, Smart Forms, ABAP Objects, Search Help and BTEs, Adobe Forms, ABAP WebDynpro, ABAP Object oriented programming.

Had led the ABAP development track in at least 2 S/4 HANA implementation projects.

Possess basic functional knowledge of various SAP modules.

Well versed with ABAP estimation work on different types of ABAP development objects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Client Interfacing skills

Highly motivated self-starter

Expert knowledge on software configuration management systems

Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.

Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
This job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
