We're Looking For A: Supervisor, Sanitation
$70,000+ per year

What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute the daily sanitation activities within the facility by assigning and delegating tasks to the Sanitation Technicians and ensure the sanitation and food safety specifications are being met
- Provide training on all sanitation SOPs, food safety specifications and guiding principles for the facility
- Develop, supervise and provide coaching to direct reports, including coaching company values and guiding principles for the facility
- With the Manager, Sanitation, provide sanitation and food safety leadership and knowledge sharing to all facility employees as necessary
- Continuously review sanitation programs with the Manager, Sanitation throughout the year to ensure processes adhere to regulatory standards
- Lead, develop and initiate process improvement efforts
- Provide operational leadership on an as-needed basis to other departments within the facility
- Communicate with supervisors and employees throughout the production process on various sanitation initiatives or efforts
- Identify and resolve challenges that arise within the sanitation activities of the facility
