O’Rourke Clips LLC is a locally-family-owned organization of 7 salons in New Hampshire and has been in business since 2011. We are growing into one of the largest, most established salon organizations in the area operating as Great Clips-the national trusted name in family hair care.

This position requires both educated opinions as well as technical skills, so we're looking for stylists who have in-depth knowledge of hair care and styling.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a strong team of hair artists that feel loved and supported
• Schedule salon to meet customer demand in a fair and equitable manner for all team members
• Ensure our customers have a great overall experience while in our salon and can't wait to return
• Ensure all services meet high quality standards
• Promote services, products and discounts on social media
• Help staff maximize their earning potential

Skills

• Ability to remain coachable while coaching exceptional guest service and performance of quality services from their team
• A dependable, TEAM player with strong leadership qualities
• Ability to perform consistently in an environment that requires multi-tasking and working at a fast pace while demonstrating accountability, integrity and time management skills
• Communicate with kindness effectively with salon team and guests
• Licensed Cosmetologist as our managers are working stylists as well.
