Hair Salon Receptionist
Salon Coordinator/Receptionist
Salon Envy in Lincoln Park is hiring an experienced part time salon receptionist. We’re seeking an outgoing, experienced receptionist who will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phones and above all, providing the highest level of excellent customer service! Great opportunity for cosmetology graduates/students looking for hands on experience!

Daily duties include:

• Greeting guests with a smile
• Answering phone calls professionally
• Scheduling appointments efficiently (Millennium software experience is a huge plus!)
• Handling register transactions
• Perform all opening/closing duties
• Assisting with laundry
• Restocking supplies
• Executing inventory counts
• Receiving orders
• Informing guests of current promotions
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Recommend appropriate salon services and retail based on the guest’s needs
• Social media posting
• Good attendance and punctuality are essential. Attention to detail is a must. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner. Must portray a professional image (hair and makeup must look great), appearance, positive attitude and work well with a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
