Title: Salon Coordinator - Friendly, Detail-Oriented, and Social Media Savvy

We are seeking a full-time Salon Coordinator to join our team! As a Salon Coordinator, you will be the face of our salon, greeting clients, making appointments, and ensuring they have a fantastic experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service

- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and make appointments

- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote the salon

- Keep the salon clean and organized

- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

- Assist with retail sales

- Process payments and manage cash register

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
