Job Title: Salesforce Configuration Manager

Location: Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX

Clearance: Must be eligible to OBTAIN a DoD Secret Clearance

Citizenship: US Citizenship Required

AttainX, Inc is searching for a Salesforce Configuration Manager to support our client at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas. The successful candidate will provide configuration management support for our current Salesforce development and implementation.

The Configuration Manager will be a key member of the Salesforce implementation project team and be responsible for ensuring that all changes are tracked, tested, and deployed based on the client requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as Developer will interact and partner directly with stakeholder units to identify system needs, gather requirements, assist with prioritization, and successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study (Information Technology/Computer science), OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.
• 2 years of experience configuring the Salesforce platform
• Prior experience with leading QA and UAT testing
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, custom reports and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Strong knowledge of object architecture and the sharing/visibility/security structure in Salesforce
• Ability to write and perform accurate and thorough test scenarios for features.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work alongside a development team.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, Rally, or Agile Accelerator
• Familiarity with Flosum or other Salesforce dev-ops tools
• Contractor must possess and/or have the ability to obtain a favorable Tier 3 (formerly NACLC and ANACI) investigation for IT-Level II access.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Salesforce certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Administrator

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Ability to use Salesforce Configuration Manager (SCM) to enable version control for metadata changes, and track changes.
• Proficient with Agile Methodologies to support Agile production deployments on a rotational basis.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals to solve complex business problems.
• Ability to multi-task with good decision-making, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn the intricacies of a new industry and move through new topics at a rapid pace.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; Ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers.
• Ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
• Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risk, to stimulate, market and sell new ideas within the organization.

Job Duties:

• Perform declarative configuration work in Salesforce.
• Build Salesforce Object Model as specified by application requirements.
• Design and deliver user permissions and data visibility requirements.
• Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing, End-to-End testing, and System Testing
• Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements.
• Maintain process flow documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
