Job description
Administer and support client and prospect data within the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Act as a valuable resource to the Sr. Manager CRM Platform Strategy, Sales Team, Account Management & Marketing Staff by performing the following duties and being open to learning and performing other activities as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support 200+ users through day-to-day end-user support & assist users with requests.
- Support Sr. Manager CRM Platform Strategy on all upcoming projects.
- UAT testing and creation of user guides and training videos.
- User management, including new user setup/deactivation (MFA/SSO), roles, profiles, permissions, groups, organization-wide default settings (OWD), sharing rules, and access to 3rd party tools.
- Train new and existing users on best practices through group training and/or one-on-one sessions.
- Provide technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Create informative reports for Sales & Account Management leaders.
- Perform bulk uploads on contacts, leads, and custom objects.
- Manage all account reassignment requests.
- Create and manage email templates, List Views for sales and account management teams.
- Manage data integrity, data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup.
- Proficiency in all parts of Salesforce’s configuration space, including native and custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, Flows, third-party technology integrations, user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
- Knowledge in Outlook integration, SSO & Quip.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Salesforce Certification Preferred.
- 2 years hands on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration.
- 1+ year experience in Data Analysis
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets with an emphasis on Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud configuration including use of data loader and third-party tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, Salesforce releases and maintenance exams.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; may consider related experience and/or training in lieu of degree.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Hybrid Role
- Travel requirements to (primarily) domestic destinations should not exceed 5%.
- A standard work week exists but with the understanding that additional time/effort outside of the usual parameters can/will occur based upon the overall needs of the integration, where deadlines exist and when necessary due to the needs of the integration team.
- A standard business environment exists with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to lift and move approximately thirty (30) pounds on a non-routine basis.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
