Sales Support Person Longwood, FL $20-23 an hour - Full-time Hours: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications
- Order entry: 2 years (Required)
- Sales support: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Work authorization (Required)
- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel): 3 years (Preferred)
- NetSuite: 2 years (preferred)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) 2 years (Preferred)
- Being or willing to be a product EXPERT!
- Answer support ticket inquiries
- Assist with client billing
- Earning client and partner trust through technical and functional expertise
- Facilitate a smooth and successful transition (externally and internally) sales process
- Goes out of his or her way to complete a job and takes initiative with minimal direction or supervision
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal, research skills
- 2 Years Logistics/supply chain experience - preferred
- 2 years customer/sales support including order entry
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to adjust approach and communication style based on personalities and goals of customers
- Driven, intelligent, and enjoys collaborating with others
