A Sales & Service Administrator uses the knowledge of company products and services to connect with customers and generate sales. Highly motivated and self driven.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Availability of Monday-Friday
  • Valid driver license

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years related experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers, and remains tactful when communicating
  • At least 2+ years of previous solar installation experience required
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Field all incoming calls
  • Initial data entry for Service Tickets and Sales Information requests
  • Work with Senior Technical Service Manager to schedule service, contact customers, and organize and manage Service Dept. data
  • Responsible for Service billing review and confirmation (some credit card processing)
  • Daily communication with the Sales team as needed to update customer concerns and scheduling
  • Ability to access and utilize our company CRM and basic graphics programs required
  • Coordinate with Sales Director to develop collateral for sales campaigns
  • Data management concerning all aspects of the Service Dept.
  • Initial sales information is entered into the company CRM and weekly marketing and sales data collection is coordinated and relayed to the Sales Directors
  • Sales queries are relayed to the Sales Director for assignment
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
