A progressive, modern Laboratory in the Mineola area is seeking to add a Sales Representative to their team. (This position requires Laboratory Sales experience).
Reporting to their Business Development Executive, this addition to staff will be responsible for:

• Advance the company’s success through marketing and bringing new clients by developing sales cycle and call frequency.
• Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Incorporate and apply strategies to enhance existing relationships/leads as well as to develop new ones.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Be the main point of contact for the clients and build rapport with potential account.
• Seek out, establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with a diagnostic clinical laboratory outside sales
• Strong understanding of clinical testing and specimen requirements
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Efficient collaboration and time-management skills
• High degree of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
