ID&C is looking for Sales and Customer Experience Representative - Festivals Division to join our Festivals, Events and Hotel sales teams in Bradenton, Florida.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the live event and hospitality industry. Who you will be doing:
We are looking for people who want to join us in our mission to become the world’s best at what we do. Sales and Customer experience is a bonus, but above all, we are looking for people with passion, dedication, integrity, and top-notch communication and organizational skills. We believe that with a great attitude and work ethic, the rest can be learned.
Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow a book of business: Responsible for contacting new and existing customers. (Territory – USA).
- Process quotes & orders: Manage inquiries via email, web forms, live chat, and telephone. Manage timely follow-ups and accurate data in our CRM. Mail-out samples, provide clear and accurate pricing and product information, send & chase customers for artwork and order deadlines.
- Manage Production Timelines with Customers: Confirm lead times where necessary and inform customers throughout the production process to ensure orders are on time.
- Quality Control: Ensure all sales orders are accurate and approved prior to processing. Collect and chase payments, and check stock levels.
- Manage Customer Complaints: Delayed orders, quality problems, check courier websites to get an update on delivery and communicate with logistic team where necessary.
- Cross-company collaboration: You’ll be working with all areas of our business; Marketing, Operations, Art & Design, Logistics. Communication skills are vital to success.
