Indio Minerals LLC (“Indio”) is a small family-owned company located in Dallas, Texas. Indio is seeking a talented sales associate to negotiate the purchase of surface and mineral interest throughout Texas. A candidate with strong communication skills and excellent negotiating skills is required. We hope to hire a candidate who is motivated and eager to grow with Indio and become an integral part of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Contact mineral/surface owners to make offers for the sale of their property rights.
• Negotiate and assist team in closing transactions with sellers.
• Maintain records and log progress on current acquisitions.

Capabilities:

• Personable and enjoy talking with people.
• Strong ability to negotiate and close transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including mineral rights, is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, real estate, mineral buying, and/or oil & gas lease buying is required.
• Dallas, Texas based role (Hybrid).
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Direct sales: 2 years (Preferred)
