Garner Roofing Inc., partnered with Infinite Energy Co. is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This Manager role will develop and train up and coming Sales Consultants to drive sales and growth through direct efforts in our Residential Roofing, HVAC, Gutter and Solar needs. This position is responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- owning, hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales;
- implement a sales training and onboarding orientation program to educate new hires as Garner Roofing and Infinite Energy grows;
- manage, assist, and develop Residential Roofing and Solar Sales Team;
- motivate and energize the sales staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients;
- plan and preside over weekly sales meetings as a group and individually;
- set and hold the Sales Consultants accountable for their knowledge, performance and productivity;
- participate in planned and spontaneous sales calls/rides with the sales team;
- prepare sales reports, lead reports, pipeline reports, and sign off on their accuracy before submitting;
- build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; and
- work closely with Marketing Manager to determine Return of Investment of marketing efforts;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant expertise in value selling, sales process, leadership development, sales coaching, sales skill development - sales negotiations, presentation skills;
- 5+ years’ experience in sales forecasting and demand planning;
- ability to develop sales training programs, processes, and methodology that are unique to the organization's goals, values, and mission statement;
- achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team; demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- strong business sense and industry expertise;
- excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- strong mathematical and statistical knowledge;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- ability to establish strong relationships with leadership teams;
- knowledge of coaching methodologies
- able to build trusted internal relationships with sales, product and marketing team leaders/members
- ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain or other relevant fields preferred.
- current CSLB License; and
- valid California driver’s license with no points.
This is a commissions position PLUS bonus's on overriding of sales. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after probationary period. This position will also be issued a company vehicle and gas card as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
