Sales Manager

Position Type: Full time

Location: North Plainfield, NJ, USA

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to hire, lead, inspire, motivate, develop and manage sales team.
• Sales quotations - Ensuring that all customer inquiries are logged and responded to in a timely manner.
• Pricing - confirm that all RFQ’s and PO’s are quoted at the correct rates and prices.
• Process orders - Accurate and timely processing and logging of all orders and shipments.
• Procedure - Ensuring that all staff is following company policies and requirements. Also set up and review procedures and policies for team on a regular basis.
• Work with team on new or existing customers to help set goals and develop new sales opportunities or forecast on the existing accounts.
• Working with team on global marketing efforts on the web, trade shows, etc.
• Ability to lead and organize meeting with sales team and customers.
• Must have great communication skills with the ability to diffuse tense situations or assist in closing a deal.
• Build company credibility and integrity among customers and industry.

Requirements:

• Ability to think and act strategically and work independently.
• Previous Management experience (5+ years a must).
• Communication - Strong organization, written, and verbal skills.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Salesforce is a plus).
• Individual must be well organized, accurate and detailed oriented.

Experience:
5+ years of working experience preferred

Education:
Bachelor's degree required

Work Hours: 9AM - 6PM, M-F

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
