Job description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills along with professional phone and email etiquette strictly required. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications is mandatory for this position. Candidates applying should have experience within the automotive field.

The candidate must be willing to work the following shift:

Mon-Fri 11am-7pm OR Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm

The daily responsibilities are included, but not limited to:

1. Agent/Client/Dealer communications. This will include setups, materials, meetings, training, product creations.

2. Integrate menu platforms, update, and monitor product adds/changes.

3. Create agent/dealer rate cards, review redlines on contracts/forms/agreements.

4. Assist with Reinsurance and Retro reporting.

5. Brochure and product ordering/creations

The following are preferred:

1. Automotive and sales background

2. Menu Platforms (F and I express, TecAssured, OptionSoft, Penn, Darwin, etc)

3. Experience within high-volume environment

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
