• Brother Automotive Inc is seeking a full time (Flexible Schedule ) positive, energetic Sales person to join our Dealership team.

We are looking for self-motivated sales associates. We provide all the needed training . Your role is to generate and close sales at the dealership. This position is ideal for those that like to grow big and making tons of money
This position pays $2700 to $9000 monthly. We have great opportunity for growth with annual raises upon performance review. Looking for long term employees.

Job duties:

Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs

• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Possibly deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

• Maintain a positive relationship with the Manager
• Communicate well and frequently
• Provide feedback as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal orientated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Open to work weekends, and holidays

• Must have a valid California driver's license and reliable car
• Must have a clean driving record
• High school diploma
• Enjoy talking to people
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Proficient in English
• Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience as a sales representative is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
