Job Title: Sales Associate - Carry On Luggage

Job Description:

Carry On Luggage is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our luggage products, and driving sales. In this role, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, offering knowledge of our products and assisting them in selecting the best options to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide customers with knowledge of our luggage products, including features, benefits, and warranties.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the best luggage and personal items for their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including daily organization of the stock room and merchandise displays.
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge of luggage products and features.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling incoming and outgoing packages.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
