What you will be doing
The Sales Analyst role is a unique opportunity to open your career to the explosive growth of Retail Performance Media. This role is a first of its kind for Albertsons Media Collective as we seek professionals from various backgrounds who are eager to leverage their existing sales skills to build a best-in-class Retail Media Network. The ideal candidate will come to the table ready to become a student of the Media and Retail industries.
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for partnering with their sales leaders to support clients in building holistic shopper marketing programs with an emphasis on digital media utilizing Albertsons Media Collective’s exclusive offerings. They will support sales by assisting in data pulls, CRM hygiene, and more to progress the overall sales process. Their work will aid the Sales team in building strategic and trusting relationships among multiple internal and external stakeholders focused on driving joint business growth through the power of performance marketing.
We are looking for candidates with a sales mindsetand the desire to curate solutions that meet client needs with a proactive, data-driven approach. Bring your passion to the table and we will provide coaching and direction on navigating and selling Retail Performance Media.
Main responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of Albertsons Media Collective products and services.
- Assist multiple sellers in successfully delivering or exceeding the team’s annual sales goals
- Provide sales support including but not limited to: deck creation, storytelling with data, forecasting and data entry in CRM, trade show preparation, and more
- Analyze various reports to aid the sales team in identifying incremental opportunities
- Maintain daily CRM hygiene to ensure client tracking of pipeline, calls, meetings, etc. are logged accurately and often.
- Collaborate with Sr. Account Managers, Media Planning, and Analytics to assist in building and executing client annual plans and briefs tailored to your client’s KPIs
What we are searching for
- 1-3 years of proven sales background (media sales is not required)
- Proven track record of client-focused selling and exceptional customer service
- Strong ability to build trusting, collaborative partnerships across various stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Positive, people-oriented outlook with a willingness to always be learning
- May require some travel to our corporate offices, client travel and trade shows
The salary range is $62,700 to $81,540 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
